Booking and Payment

To book your vacation, just mail to info@elba1961.it.
Please let us know the accomodation you prefer, how many weeks you wish to stay (from Saturday to Saturday) and how many adults and children will be on holiday.
We will check the availability and reserve the apartment for you. Within 3 days, you will have to send us by fax (+39.02.4547757.0) or by email the receipt of 25% deposit of the total cost made by wire transfer.
Within 30 days before your stay you’ll have to send us the wire transfer receipt of the remaining 75%.
Then we will send you the invoice (voucher) and all information for your check-in and stay.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation by you, we will charge you the following penalties (point 1 + point 2):
1) Flat booking rates:
- € 100,00 for one room apartments
- € 150,00 for two room apartments
- € 200,00 for tree and four room apartments
2) Additional penalties:
- 10% until 31 days before the beginning of your holiday
- 20% of the total amount from 30 until 23 days before the beginning of your holiday
- 50% of the total amount from 22 until 9 days before the beginning of your holiday
- 75% of the total amount from 8 until 4 days before the beginning of your holiday,
- 100% of the total amount for later cacellation

If the cancellation is made during the holiday or hasn’t been made at all, the refund is not due.

For cancellation confirmed at least 90 days before the beginning of the stay and only if the apartment han been rent to different customers, you will be asked to pay only the flat booking rates (point 1).
