Bagni Barbatoja

The Barbatoja bathing establishment has been offering its services to the visitors of Fetovaia beach, probably the most spectacular beach on the island, since 1961 and is mentioned in the main Italian and foreign guidebooks.
Fetovaia bay offers nature lovers a beach where the rare lily typical of Elba (Pancratium maritimum) flowers, crystal clear waters that were once a favourite calving destination for small whales and dolphins, the famous headland where all the scuba divers of the island gather. Right behind it rises Monte Capanne (1050 mt), the mountain range protected inside the Archipelago National Park, whose many footpaths are very popular with trekking lovers.

Against this background, the Barbatoja bathing establishment offers not only sun umbrellas, sun lounges, bathing huts, "pedalò” boats and the usual facilities, but also apartments by the beach that are fully equipped for winter rentals as well.
