CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 2021

 

ONE-ROOM, TWO-ROOM, THREE-ROOM HOLIDAY HOMES

In case of cancellation, the management costs of the practice equal to € 60,00 for one-room and two-room apartments, and to € 100,00 for three-room apartments, are converted into a voucher that can be used for a new reservation within the following year. If the apartment is assigned to a new client, the refund is made to the extent of the cost paid by the new guest. Otherwise, there are the following penalties:

-  For cancellations communicated within 30 days from the beginning of the stay,     100% of the deposit paid will be refunded. The management costs of the practice equal to € 60,00 for one-room and two-room apartments, and to € 100,00 for three-room apartments, are converted into a voucher that can be spent for a stay within the following year. 

-  For cancellations communicated from 30 to 14 days before the beginning of the stay, a refund of 75% of the deposit paid is expected. The management costs of the practice equal to € 60,00 for one-room and two-room apartments, and to € 100,00 for three-room apartments, are converted into a voucher that can be spent for a stay within the following year

-  For cancellations communicated from 14 to 7 days before the beginning of  the stay, a refund of 25% of the deposit paid is expected. The management costs of the practice equal to € 60,00 for one-room and two-room apartments, and to € 100,00 for three-room apartments, are converted into a voucher that can be spent for a stay within the following year

-  For cancellations communicated from 6 to 0 days before the beginning of the stay, no refund is expected.

- In case of cancellation of the booking for reasons attributable to Covid-19, the amount paid is converted into a voucher that can be spent by 2022.

 

FOUR-ROOM HOLIDAY HOME

In case of cancellation, the management costs of the practice equal to € 60,00 for one-room and two-room apartments, and to € 100,00 for three-room apartments, are converted into a voucher that can be used for a new reservation within the following year. If the apartment is assigned to a new client, the refund is made to the extent of the cost paid by the new guest. Otherwise, there are the following penalties:

-  For cancellations communicated within 30 days from the beginning of the stay,     100% of the deposit paid will be refunded. The management costs of the practice equal to € 100,00 are converted into a voucher that can be spent for a stay within the following year. 
-  For cancellations communicated from 30 to 14 days before the beginning of the stay,    a refund of  50% of the deposit paid is expected.  The management costs of the practice equal to € 100,00 are converted into a voucher that can be spent for a stay within the following year.  

-  For cancellations communicated from 14 to 0 days before the beginning of the stay no refund is expected.

- In case of cancellation of the booking for reasons attributable to Covid-19, the amount paid is converted into a voucher that can be spent by 2022.
